PHASE 1:
Establish the Profile. We begin by developing a clear understanding of your corporate culture, your ideal candidate, your interview process and our role in achieving your objectives. Then we create a job description and recruiting script for our recruiters to use in the search.

PHASE 2:
Conduct the Search. Next, we identify and qualify potential candidates, interviewing each one at least twice to ensure a good fit, before submitting a biography to you for consideration.

PHASE 3:
Coordinate Interviews. Once qualified candidates are identified, we schedule interviews and debrief candidates.

PHASE 4:
Ensure Success. Finally, we secure your candidate of choice and check their professional references.

Because we are confident in our ability to make the right match, we are able to offer a 30-day cash back guarantee. What this means is that if a candidate you hire through Hawthorne Executive Search resigns or is terminated within the first 30 days of employment, you pay nothing for our services. Further, if the candidate leaves or is terminated between 30 and 60 days of employment, we will conduct the search again for no additional charge.
