She provides access to the most productive, motivated, and experienced professionals in the industry and ensures excellent, detailed service. Amy is well founded with her Bachelors of Arts in Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she studied Career Planning and Assessment, Employee Motivation and Retention and Benefits Administration. She brings experience in the areas of qualifying candidates, critical behavior interviewing and salary negotiation. Prior to her executive search career, Amy worked with a large Clinical Research Organization. She was also with the Southeastern Wildlife Exposition in Charleston, SC. The Southeastern Wildlife Exposition is the largest wildlife art and nature show in the country. Amy is proud to be a native of Wilmington, North Carolina, the home of HES's corporate office.
