Jill brings to Hawthorne Search a wealth of experience in recruiting, hiring and training for Real Estate and other sales and service industries. Prior to Joining Hawthorne she spent many years in the University and Non-profit sector. Giving her a deep understanding of those fields and their particular requirements. Her Background as a top performer in Sales and a Professional Organizer have given her an unique intuition as to the needs of her clients. Jill has a particular passion for the University System and the placement of top tier executives in foundations and Non-Profits; she therefore focuses on these industries as well as sales where so much of her experience lays. Jill grew up in south-eastern Minnesota and obtained a degree in International Political Economics from The University of Wisconsin - Madison, her Mid-western work ethic coupled with the sink or swim experience of a young Professional in Southern California have honed her skills and given her an ability to read and relate to people that has proven essential to her career as a recruiter.
