Tina Skidmore - Recruiting Director Tina comes to Hawthorne Executive Search with a well rounded decade-long career as an Executive Recruiter.
She began her career in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry developing many longstanding relationships with big pharma and small start-ups alike. Due to Tina's strong sense of professionalism and relationship building skills, she still maintains several close relationships inside the industry. Over the years Tina has worked with many different sales organizations, helping to find talented sales professionals and sales management candidates for searches across the country. Tina focuses heavily on the Yellow Pages and database publishing arena for HES. Tina's clients know that they can depend on her to give the company and the project her complete attention and loyalty. They often feel like she is one of their own. After taking some time away from recruiting to pursue a successful sales career with a Forbes 50 company, her interests grew to include advertising media and online commerce. She has excelled as a recruiter in this market, as well. Just completing a large multi-city search for a major publisher, Tina is well connected in the directory space. Some of her greatest successes have included building entire departments within a successful start-up, placing VP of Manufacturing positions, and her multi-individual fills for a world leading advertising firm. Tina graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.S. in Geology and Environmental Science.
